​​The main aims and objectives of the organization:
 

• Is to feed as many hungry children, elderly, families as possible.
• Helping SA support elderly who struggles to survive, not only by giving them a  
  food parcel but by giving them support financially and morality showing them the
  respect they deserve.
• We have many elderly that we help who needs special food, example, whole-wheat bread, fish, parsley, more vegetables than others, etc. as some of them has illnesses like, Diabetes, arthritis, cancer, heart disease, etc. and as per their diet even if we are the only help that they do get, we do not see it as a way to keep the food parcels as cheap as
  possible but as healthy as possible for each individual as everyone’s needs are not the same.
• Being underprivileged doesn’t mean: being lazy or not willing to work,
   underprivileged comes with different circumstances. We at the Helping SA are
   trying to change the fortune of these individuals and their run of bad
   circumstances.
